Espresso House is looking for a Shift Leader

Espresso House is looking for a Shift Leader who wants to deliver the world's best coffee experience to the world's best guest!

As a Shift Leader at Espresso House, you will perform all the tasks of a Barista, but the role also involves responsibility for and planning of daily operations together with the Coffee Shop Manager.

Your working hours will be in the coffee shop, where you work directly in contact with our guests, alongside the team of Baristas who are your colleagues. In addition to handling the coffee machine and grinder, the job includes cash register work, preparation of sandwiches and salads, dishwashing, and other common tasks in the café. Being trained as a Barista is an advantage but not a requirement, as we train all our employees in-house.

Your goal as a Shift Leader should be to develop and grow within Espresso House. Therefore, it is advantageous if you have previously worked in a café/restaurant or have similar experience and have good knowledge of the industry and are used to working irregular hours.
